12. Cancellation & Refunds
Refunds and cancellations are not accepted for the studios once booked, But rescheduling for a furthur date is allowed based on the availability of studio. Rescheduling is allowed only within 30days for original booking date. If unutilized in 30days the booking is considered void and no furthur support will be provided in this concern.
Incase of misguiding information regarding equipment availability or studio design or audio quality or any services mentioned regarding the spcae by vendor. Customer should complain 15 minutes prior to booking time for processing refund or finding best alternative solution to the problem.
13. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms, misuse services, or engage in fraudulent activity.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of INDIA. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of State court of Telangana.
